Our collections cater for a wide variety of tastes. We pride ourselves in helping to make your big day special by providing you with luxury Stationery to match your colour scheme or theme for your wedding or occasion.​​​

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read carefully... all information in this section relates to all of our stationery. If you would like a free digital sample please carry on reading but if you have already purchased you stationery please go to the order process section under our free digital samples order process section.

 

FREE DIGITAL SAMPLES ORDER PROCESS

We offer one free digital sample for each individual stationery item of your choice to help you decide which stationery is the right choice for you. To order a free digital sample please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the stationery you would like a free digital sample of.
  2. Find the stationery type below and make a note of the details for your occasion that we require to complete your order.
  3. Visit our contact page and fill in our contact form including your name, email address, query type (free digital sample), your chosen stationery, any colour or design changes you would like and the details of your occasion.
  4. After you have submitted the contact form we will get to work on your digital sample and get back to you on the email address provided by you as quickly as possible.

HOW TO ORDER OUR PRINTED & DIGITAL STATIONERY...

Choose your stationery design & colour.

  1. Decide on the quantity you require of each item (Digital Stationery will be one print-ready file per item).
  2. Gather all details required for the stationery which you have chosen.
  3. Order your stationery and take care to fill in our personalisation section to give design & colour preferences along with the information you would like on your stationery or information we have requested from you for the product you are ordering. Please provide an email address for us to email your Digital Sample to because without this email address we will be unable to send it to you and will have to cancel your order.
  4. Please email any photos you wish to add to your stationery or guest list documentation to us on our contact page.
  5. We will now complete your Digital Sample & email it to the email address you have provided us with for your approval.
  6. Please check the Digital Sample for spelling mistakes or changes you require as the order can not be changed once sent to the printers. (Digital Stationery (this is not a Digital Sample) once purchased will not be sent to the printers it will be emailed to the email address provided).
  7. Once you have approved the Digital Sample your order will be sent to the printers & you will be informed. (Please see 8 for Digital Stationery instructions).
  8. Your invoice will be emailed to the email address provided & your order will be complete.

PLEASE NOTE...

  • Minimum order for Wedding Stationery is 20 excluding Table Plans which is 1.
  • Minimum order for Party Stationery & Baby Stationery is 25.
  • All Day & Evening Wedding Invitations are ordered separately.
  • Most Amberelle Occasions Stationery is branded on the reverse of the cards.
  • All Decorative Detailing & Embellishments are printed.
  • An Email Address will be required to send Digital Samples for final approval & invoicing.
  • All items are delivered in protective packaging & boxed for a safe undamaged journey.

    STATIONERY SAMPLES

    All Amberelle Occasions samples for printed stationery and digital stationery are digital. No physical samples are made or shipped to addresses. All samples are emailed to the customer to the email address specified by the customer.

     

    WEDDING & OCCASIONS PRINTED STATIONERY

    Small quantity orders do not have tracking available. Larger quantity orders or multi item orders are fully tracked and details will be sent to you after placing your order. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in there.

     

    While we always aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible (within a working day), please allow for delays in dispatch times during peak periods.

    All deliveries are Free. These delivery types and times are shown below and will be determined by our printers.

    Royal Mail 2nd Class  4 - 6 Working Days

    Royal Mail 48 ™ 2 - 3 Working Days

    Standard Tracked 1 - 2 Working Days

    All Amberelle Occasions digital stationery is delivered via email to the email address specified by the customer. There are No physical products delivered to addresses.

    LATELITA LONDON

    Details of shipment and delivery will be sent to you after placing your order. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in there.

    JEWELLERY, WATCHES, TIARAS & HAIR ACCESSORIES (EXCLUDING LATELITA LONDON)

    Details of shipment and delivery will be sent to you after placing your order. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in there.

     

    All deliveries are sent to the United Kingdom Only via Airmail and take 1-3 weeks but can take up to 45 days (Buyer Protection Period) depending on the courier service. If your order does not come during this time frame please contact us to let us know and we will do our very best to resolve the issue for you.

     

    All dispatch/delivery times are estimates not guarantees and maybe effected by unforeseen production or courier issues. We do not accept responsibility for delays or any loss suffered due to missed shipping or delivery dates.

    RETURNS POLICY

     

    STATIONERY SAMPLES

    No refunds are made on samples as they are free.

    WEDDING & OCCASIONS PRINTED STATIONERY

    Please check the proof for correct details, spelling mistakes or changes you require as the order can-not be changed once sent to the printers and if the fault lies with you, a refund will not be made.

     

    It is not possible to return wedding and occasions stationery for refund other than in the event of an order being produced to the wrong order specification or not to an acceptable standard where the fault lies with us. Any errors made by us in printing must be reported by e-mail using our contact form, please make sure to include your order number in the subject line. In order to qualify for a full refund, you will need to email us within 2 days of order receipt. We will also require you to return a sample or photographic evidence of the issue.

     

    We will notify you of any refund due to you via email within a reasonable period of time and will usually process the refund due to you within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur on returning the item to us.

     

    If the packaging of your order has been damaged, please accept the material from the courier and write on the document provided that you have accepted the package subject to checking. Once you have verified damage has occurred to the material inside the package you must call our Customer Service Representative on 07930 343011 so we can process and reprint your order immediately.

     

    If, when delivered, the printed product cannot be used because there is no packaging or the contents are completely ruined, please do not accept the material, and mark the refusal on the document provided by the courier. You must then call our Customer Service Representative on 07930 343011 to inform us of the issue so we can proceed and reprint your order immediately. We cannot accept a claim for loss for items delivered via Royal Mail unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered.

     

    WEDDING & OCCASIONS DIGITAL STATIONERY

    All Amberelle Occasions digital stationery has a no refund policy but errors including incorrect details, spelling mistakes or changes you require can be made free of charge for the original occasion the stationery was purchased for.

    LATELITA LONDON

    We follow a 10-day return policy during which you must contact us via e-mail so that a return can be started. The cost of return is the customers responsibility.

     

    The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 10 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

     

    We will also provide a return/refund for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 4 days of the item being received.

     

    JEWELLERY, WATCHES, TIARAS & HAIR ACCESSORIES (EXCLUDING LATELITA LONDON)

    Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for us to process any issues you have with our supplier. If the item is not as described please send us photographic evidence so that we can send this to our supplier as proof and therefore process your refund quicker.

    We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described or damaged, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes if your claim is accepted to be eligible after review of photographic evidence or an investigation has taken place to find the location of the shipment.
