THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

 

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Amberelle Occasions. Amberelle Occasions must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order (unless a deposit has explicitly been paid) before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

 

Once payment has been received Amberelle Occasions will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Amberelle Occasions’ acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

 

Amberelle Occasions is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail to inform you of a cancellation of those items from your order.

 

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

 

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

 

These terms and conditions only cover the Amberelle Occasions website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

 

 

AMBERELLE OCCASIONS PROMOTIONS 2023

 

Amberelle Occasions runs promotions for their customers and reserves the right to cancel or amend these promotions if misused or necessary. All 100% discounts can only be used once per customer per category and must not be duplicated. Amberelle Occasions reserves the right to cancel any order where they deem a discount code to have been inappropriately used without the approval of Amberelle Occasions.

 

Percentage-off discount codes cannot be used on: Gifts Cards or Sale Items and any others stated on site.

 

Multi-buy discounts, such as 2-for-1 promotions will not apply to the following exclusions: Gift Cards, Sale Items and any others stated on site.

 

Any product containing Diamonds will be excluded from all discounts greater than 10%. Diamond products are also excluded from 2 for 1 promotions.
 

Promotions are available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through: the Amberelle Occasions website.

 

You can only apply one discount per order.

 

 

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

 

1. A limit of one Complimentary Product per transaction applies to this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Participant makes multiple Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction, they would not be entitled to any more than one Complimentary Product.

 

2.There is no cash alternative to the Complimentary Product. The Complimentary Product is not exchangeable for cash or for any other Amberelle Occasions product or service.

 

3. If you believe you made a Qualifying Purchase but you did not receive a Complimentary Product, please contact Amberelle Occasions using the details in these Terms.

 

4. The Complimentary Product may be exchanged on its own for another size (if applicable) but otherwise may not be returned or exchanged on its own, in which case it will be exchanged for a replacement Amberelle Occasions product of the same type, subject to availability. If none of the same type of Amberelle Occasions product remains in stock, then Amberelle Occasions reserves the right in its sole discretion to exchange the Complimentary Product for another type of Amberelle Occasions product of a similar value.

 

5. If any paid product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund or exchanged, so that the total amount spent on products included in the Promotion falls below the required spend described then the purchase will cease to be a Qualifying Purchase and the Gift must be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition

 

6. If the Complimentary Product is not returned (in breach of these Terms), or if the Complimentary Product has been damaged, Amberelle Occasions reserves the right to deduct from any refund due to you (or charge the payment method you used for the original purchase) a sum equal to the then current price at which the Complimentary Product is available for purchase. If you are returning a product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase that you bought through the Amberelle Occasions Website, you may choose not to return the Complimentary Product in which case we shall deduct its price or charge you for its price as stated in this Term, and the amount of the deduction or charge will be notified to you in advance.

 

7. Returns of the Complimentary Product on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.

 

8. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.

 

9. This Promotion is subject to stock availability and, whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Amberelle Occasions may suspend or end the Promotion early without notice if, in the opinion of Amberelle Occasions, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion.

 

10. Amberelle Occasions reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or any other event outside Amberelle Occasions' reasonable control.

 

11. Amberelle Occasions reserve the right to not award a Complimentary Product or disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.

Amberelle Occasions own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

 

You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

 

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Amberelle Occasions website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

PAYMENT DETAILS

 

Amberelle Occasions accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

 

Amberelle Occasions takes responsibility to ensure that your payment is secure. We do this via secure payment pages and by secure Adyen or Stripe servers.

 

 

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS YOU ORDER

 

If Amberelle Occasions has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Amberelle Occasions from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Amberelle Occasions will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Amberelle Occasions will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

 

 

CANCELLATION

 

Once your order has been placed, you are not able to cancel it or make any changes. Please refer to our returns policy for details on returning your order. Amberelle Occasions reserves the right to cancel an order if any terms or conditions have been broken this includes giveaways and discount promotions.

 

 

EXTENT OF LIABILITY

 

Any worries regarding components should be investigated immediately and the product should not be worn until safety is confirmed by a qualified Amberelle Occasions agent. In the instance of a product failing under normal warranty conditions, Amberelle Occasions will endeavour to compensate you for the failed parts.

 

Amberelle Occasions is not responsible for any harm, injury or death caused to yourself or any third parties when using products of Amberelle Occasions.

 

 

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

 

Amberelle Occasions reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

COPYRIGHT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PRINTED OR DIGITAL WEDDING AND OCCASIONS STATIONERY

Any unauthorised reproduction of Amberelle Occasions Wedding and Occasions Stationery designs or products is strictly prohibited. Amberelle Occasions takes any unauthorised copying, printing or selling of our design work (including Website and logo) very seriously. Legal action will be taken in all cases.

 

All complete designs (including Website and logo) are the copyright of the owner Kimberley Ann Rollason for the business Amberelle Occasions Copyright of illustrations may vary. All rights are reserved.

 

Amberelle Occasions Digital Samples are for personal use only and will be emailed to you via the email address specified by you with a watermark throughout the whole sample. It is prohibited for you to remove this watermark or alter any aspect of this sample, these actions can only be completed by Amberelle Occasions. You may print Amberelle Occasions digital samples out for your own personal use to see if the design is to your approval or to show family and friends Only. To remove the watermark you Must purchase the printed or digital wedding or occasions stationery item in which the sample has been created for.

 

Amberelle Occasions Digital Stationery (Not a Sample, see above for Samples) can have minor alterations/corrections made after purchase for the occasion the item has been purchased for.  If the same Digital Stationery Design is needed for a future occasion it Must be purchased again.  It is prohibited for you to alter any aspect of our Digital Stationery yourself after purchase, these actions can only be completed by Amberelle Occasions. If you require alterations please contact us to let us know and we will make these alterations for you if they comply with our policy. You are permitted to print Amberelle Occasions Digital Stationery which has been purchased by you for your occasion at home/work or send the files to a printing company for printing. Sharing purchased stationery via text message, social media, email or a projector/screen in an office or occasion venue is also allowed to guests of the occasion.

It is Your responsibility solely for gaining the copyright of any hymns/quotes/pictures/photos used in any item, You will then give us the permission for them to be reproduced. Therefore, You will be responsible for any illegal reproduction undertaken due to incorrect licensing or breach of copyright laws.

 

 

WARRANTY

 

All Amberelle Occasions jewellery is covered under a one year worldwide warranty.  This does not include wear and tear, such as scratches and user damage. Our hair accessories and wedding and occasions stationery is not covered by our warranty.
